Led an end-to-end redesign on a complex digital form workflow for an power enterprise company, inspecting tension wires on electric transmission towers.
Working closely with my team, I transformed a complicated paper-based inspection process into an intuitive digital experience which sped up the process and saved inspectors time. It was a big challenge, involving a lot of collaboration with both business and development teams, but I was determined to rethink the workflow from the ground up.
It was our team's biggest achievement that quarter, resulting in a 60% reduction in inspection time and a 15% increase in user satisfaction.

Heuristic Audit, User Research, and Design Proposal on improving the reporting experience for users encountering a fire in the field.
In an effort to increase engagement with users who were hesitant about using this application, I researched and proposed a new design for the from which allowed users to have full confidence in their ability to record the incident.
I led design research and with my team, proposed design changes with business and developers to update the design using existing assets on the 3rd party application.

Working with the Okinawan residents in Hawaii, I worked on redesigning the homepage and navigation of their website and increase conversion rate for their newsletter sign ups.
It was a great experience working with a group of developers and the residents of Hawaii to share their history and continue to teach about their culture to the newer generation.

Impact: 53% increase in site visits, 50% conversion rate for sign ups.
User Research and Design Proposal for (now defunct) AdVisary, a mobile application focused on immigration policy and connecting potential users with immigration lawyers.
I and 2 other designers collaborated with Advisary's legal and engineering team to prioritize MVP features for release and provide design revisions from their first iteration.
