Tension Hero.png

Led an end-to-end redesign on a complex digital form workflow for an power enterprise company, inspecting tension wires on electric transmission towers.

Working closely with my team, I transformed a complicated paper-based inspection process into an intuitive digital experience which sped up the process and saved inspectors time. It was a big challenge, involving a lot of collaboration with both business and development teams, but I was determined to rethink the workflow from the ground up.

It was our team's biggest achievement that quarter, resulting in a 60% reduction in inspection time and a 15% increase in user satisfaction.
